Previously known as Yeti’s, Kathmandu is in a prime location in the heart of Peterborough’s nightlife scene.   I’d not eaten here before, so when a fellow curry fiend suggested meeting in town we thought Kathmandu would be worth a try.

From the outside it’s hard to get excited about Kathmandu as the restaurant is above the neighbouring shops and lacks a street-level window where you can spy other diners.  Inside and up the stairs though, the dining area is well decorated with what looked like a few little areas on different levels – there’s even a table with cushions should you want to sit a bit closer to the floor!
