For dedicated followers of fashion… of yesteryear, Sue Ryder have the answer to your prayers with the opening of their new shop in Peterborough dedicated to Vintage and Retro clothing.
Due to open this Saturday (March 14th) and situated in what used to be the old Millets shop at 47 Bridge Street (next to the court, opposite Joy Wah and Rivergate), the purple-fronted shop will be full of donated ‘vintage and retro’ clothing from across the region.
About Sue Ryder
Sue Ryder provides care and social support for people with conditions such as Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke and Dementia.
The new Peterborough shop will be Sue Ryder’s first dedicated store selling retro and vintage labelled stock after a project in Eye identified that the charity has a particularly loyal customer base within the local community.
Donating to Sue Ryder shops
Peterborough residents are being encouraged to support the work of the Peterborough store, not only by looking for a bargain but donating suitable unwanted quality items rather than send them to landfill. For more information on how to do just that, visit the Sue Ryder website

Yep sorry Andy, I don’t think there’s any chance of picking up an Atari 2600 in there any time soon
