Fresh food = better food
I’ve always believed there’s no such thing as bad food, only a bad diet. So whilst it’s not a great idea to live on a diet of beige chicken nuggets, oven chips and god knows what else, in moderation it’s ok. Then a friend recently asked me to look at a new website they’d seen called Phytolife which is all about educating the food consumer into how they can lead a healthier life by eating Phytonutrients (or superfoods to you and me).
In the UK we’re all being deafened by the Government telling us we need to get our 5 a day of fresh fruit and veg but it’s only when you read the science behind it that it starts to make sense which is where the Phytolife website steps in. Designed to be friendly and welcoming, the website features tips and ideas on how to live “Phytofabulous”, feel more energised and make great tasting meals that also are also packed full of fresh nutrients.
The Phytolife website is also backed by US supermarket guru Phil Lempert so it’s good enough to get my seal of approval too!
Whilst Phytolife promote eating more vegetables, it’s not all about “rabbit food”, but making sure the food you do eat is fresh, full of colour and of course tastes great!

Good stuff. Interesting site.
