Peterborough is Doomed!

If you’re of the ilk where the mere sound of sirens sends you into a panic with a cold sweat then you wouldn’t want to be living in Peterborough at the moment.

Aside from the ongoing traffic gridlock constantly besieging the City, now we have to contend with fires destroying art galleries or violent warehouse fires churning out clouds of black smoke and earthquakes that scare the beejeezuz out of you whilst you’re trying to get some kip.

Maybe I’m hamming it up ever so slightly, but it does seem that every other day the Peterborough Evening Telegraph is reporting that yet another car has crashed on a major trunk road (normally it’s a BMW) causing more frustration.

After my couple of weeks cooped up indoors, it really does seem like it’s business as usual for the outside world.
